Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dust Bunnies platform operated by ZZZ Accounting LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Dust Bunnies is a platform connecting clients with independent service providers ("Bunnies") who offer cleaning, hosting, and event companionship services in the Boise, Idaho area. Services include:

• The Clean — residential cleaning services
• The Party Host — event hosting and cleaning
• The Full Experience — premium event hosting with themed attire and cleaning
• The Plus One — social companionship for dinners, concerts, and events

All services are legal. No sexual services are offered, implied, or permitted. Any attempt to solicit illegal services will result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must complete Stripe Identity verification before booking
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You must be located in or near the Boise, Idaho service area

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are made through the platform and paid by credit/debit card via Stripe. By booking a service you authorize the full charge including a 10% platform fee.

Cancellation policy:

• Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before the booking
• 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours
• No refund if cancelled within 2 hours

A $25 travel fee applies to locations more than 25 miles from central Boise.

4. Conduct

Clients agree to treat all service providers with respect and dignity. The following are grounds for immediate termination and potential legal action:

• Physical contact not agreed upon in advance
• Solicitation of sexual services
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
• Recording service providers without consent
• Providing false information during registration or booking

5. Independent Contractors

All Bunnies are independent contractors, not employees of ZZZ Accounting LLC. The Company is not responsible for the actions of service providers beyond what is covered by our verification and screening process.

6. Safety

All service providers complete identity verification through Stripe Identity before being listed on the platform. The Company reserves the right to remove any user — client or provider — who poses a safety risk.

If you experience an emergency during a booking, call 911 immediately. Report safety incidents to support@dustbunniesboise.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dust Bunnies platform, including design, text, and software, is owned by ZZZ Accounting LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZZZ Accounting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Ada County, Idaho under Idaho law. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms other users or the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
